Here you can find all the answers to any orders/delivery questions you might have, ranging from "What is the delivery time" to "How can I use my vouchers/discount codes".

 

When will my order be shipped?

Our aim is to ship next day if orders are placed from Monday to Thursday. For orders placed from Saturday to Sunday we'll ship on the next working day. Please allow up to 10 working days during busy periods.

How do I know if my order has been dispatched and how do I track my parcel?

As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an automated email with your tracking details.

Can I change my delivery adress myself after placing an order?

No, we only ship to the registered address confirmed during checkout.

Will I have to pay import for customs fees for my order?

If you are located in countries outside the UE you may be subjected to import duties and taxes, which will be payable once the parcel reaches its destination. Any additional costs for customs clearance is the buyer’s responsibility; We cannot predict if you’ll encounter these fees nor the amount of such costs and we have no control over them. For information on customs policies of foreign countries, we invite you to contact your local customs office or consult their website.

Delivery times:

We'll ship all orders via TNT Express courier. International orders are usually delivered within 5 - 7 working days. National ( Italy ) orders are usually delivered within 2 - 4 working days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

How do I use my voucher and discount codes?

Discount codes and vouchers can only be applied to full price products and might be deactivated during sales.
You can use your discount code or voucher at checkout under “order summary”.
